This product is sold whole or in pieces. Two packaging options (paper wrap or vacuum packed) are available. 

Storing and eating tips: 

Storing between 4 and 8ºC. 

The best before date is 90 days after selling. 

Tender cheese can be grated and it is perfect to serve with pasta; it can be eaten as well with quince jelly and nuts.
