Pasteurised goat milk and calcium chloride with no salt added.

Fresh cheese with slighlty acid, light taste and closed texture.
Sales format:
This product is only elaborated under previous request (telephone or mail).
Two cheese sizes (0.5 and 1 kg) and two packaging options (plastic tin or wrap) are available.
Storing and eating tips:
Storing between 2 and 5ºC (fridge).
The use-by date is 7 days after its elaboration.
"Brossat" may be eaten with honey, nuts or jam. It can be used as the raw material for the elaboration of artisanal desserts (crème caramel made from "brossat", cheesecake, etc.)
